Bison Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground bison
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp wostershire souce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- sliced cheese
- ciabatta roll
- sliced tomatoes
- lettuce
- onions
Directions
- Mix first six ingredients together.
- Form patties.
- Grill, adding cheese at the end so it is well melted on top of the burger.
- Warm rolls
- Place burgers on rolls and cover with tomatoes and lettuce. Adding condiments as desired.
