Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 1½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worstershire sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
- Brown in oil.
- Remove meatballs and make gravy (below).
- Return meatballs to gravy and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Gravy
Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups boiling water
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet.
- Stir in flour, paprika, salt, pepper and brown.
- Gradually add 2 cups of boiling water.
- Stir in sour cream
